    For those who prefer air travel, several airlines offer regular connections to Strasbourg Airport from around forty destinations, including Amsterdam, Bordeaux, Brussels, Budapest, Lisbon, London, Lyon, Madrid, Marseille, Montpellier, Nantes, Nice, Rennes, and Toulouse.

    Strasbourg Airport is located 10 km from the city centre.

    A central position that places it in close proximity to other major metropolitan areas: within a few hours’ drive or less than an hour’s flight from Paris, Lyon, and the major German cities, Strasbourg is exceptionally well connected by motorway, air, and rail transport. The A4 motorway (from the north) and the A35 (from the south) provide access to Strasbourg via the M35.

    Strasbourg offers a wide range of accommodation options to suit all budgets, from international hotel chains and boutique hotels to serviced apartments, and hostels.
     

    A large number of hotels are located within walking distance of Strasbourg Convention Center (Palais de la Musique et des Congrès) while many additional options can be reached within a few minutes by public transport from the city center and surrounding districts.

    To facilitate participant's stay, the conference organizers are working with selected hotels to secure room blocks and preferential rates for conference attendees. Information on partner hotels, booking procedures, and negotiated rates will be included in the registration process.
