  • VISA AND INVITATION LETTER

     

    Participants coming from outside the Schengen Area wishing to enter France must be able to submit statutory documents at the border concerning the reasons for their stay, their means of support and accommodation arrangements.

    Visa information
    A visa is generally required, in the absence of a waiver. For general information and for preparing, submitting and tracking your visa application, log on to France-Visas, France’s official visa site, with all the information you need to guide you through the process and help you every step of the way. Waiting times for appointments and for processing applications will vary depending on your nationality and on the time of the year. Participants are advised to check whether they will need a visa and submit any visa application well in advance of the conference.

    Participants requiring a visa may request an official invitation letter through the registration process. Invitation letters will be issued once the registration has been paid, and exclusively for the purpose of supporting visa applications and do not imply any financial support from the conference organizers.

  • DATA PROCESSING (GDPR)

     

    The information that you will enter into the registration form will be subject to computer processing by Insight Outside. It is processed by computer for the organizers in order to manage the logistic organisation of the 52nd IUPAC World Polymer Congress.

    The list of recipients of the data will be strictly limited to the following suppliers of the conference:

  • Photography

     

    As in-person participants of 52nd IUPAC World Polymer Congress, the registered delegates authorize the organizers to use any photograph or video taken during the congress and to make it available on the congress website and on partners medias ; to the express exclusion of operations outside the context of the communication activities related to the event, and any use likely to damage reputation or any other medium of pornographic, racist, xenophobic character or any other prejudicial exploitation.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    Delegates who find themselves unable to attend MACRO2028 after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations should be notified in writing by e-mail to Insight Outside at registration@macro2028.org

    Cancellations from XX 2028 to XX 2028 50% penalty
    Cancellations after XX 2028 No refund - 100% penalty
    Exclusions
    • If you do not get your VISA, and you can prove it through official documents, we will refund 100% of your fees (except 50€ for administrative costs and banking fees for the refunding), should we receive the notification at least 30 days prior to the conference.
    • Conference organizers cannot accept refund requests from the conference delegates that result from cancelled flights and/or natural disasters/calamities.
