  • The conference language is English.
     

    Oral presentationS

     

    The scientific program consists of 8 plenary lectures and 12 scientific sessions. Each scientific session will have 1 keynote lecture, up to 10 invited addresses and many contributed oral communications.

    The time available for oral communications depends on the type of presentation that you were confirmed:

    Contributed presentation 10 min 5 min 15 min
    Please note
    We will keep the schedule starting time for each presentation even if the previous author does not require the full allowed time or if there is an unexpected cancellation.

    The format for projecting the presentations will be 16:9 ratio. We encourage you to use this format for your slides.

  • Poster presentation


    Poster sessions will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday afternoon. The presenting author should be available near his/her poster during the allocated poster session for discussion with the interested colleagues.

    You will be able to setup your poster on the day of your session starting from 10:00 am and you will have to remove it at the end of your poster session. Posters not collected at the end of the session will be disposed of.
     

    Poster specifications
    • All posters must be prepared in English.
    • Poster format: A0.
    • Width: 84.1 cm.
    • Height: 118.9 cm.
    • Keep in mind to have your poster in a portrait layout so that it can fit on the poster board.
